China’s Breakthrough in Large-tonnage Loaders

China’s construction machinery manufacturer XCMG declares that its largest loader — LW1200K has undergone oversea test and that it is a milestone of China’s large-tonnage loaders.

Two LW1200K have worked in a mine in Africa for nearly one year since August 2014. The machines have delivered steady performance and high reliability in the past year and have received high recognition from the customer.

XCMG’s largest loader LW1200K is undertaking loading work in the mine. With a bucket capacity of 6.5m³, the loader has a maxim loading capacity of 12t. The maximum height of unloading is 3410mm. The power system incorporates a 391kw Cummins QSK19 engine and a DANA 8421H gear box, ensuring strong and stable power output while meets US and European emission standards. With a rate rotating speed of 2000r/min, the engine gives a maximum torque of 2407N.m. Hydraulic system is composed of parts from PAKER and SAUER. Working weight of the machine reaches 48000kg.
